These terms cover your use of Universities DB (universitiesdb.com). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
Listings are compiled from universities' official websites, open reference data and information submitted by universities, with the help of AI research tools (see how we collect data). We work to keep them accurate, but tuition, deadlines, entry requirements, rankings and other details change often and may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm important details with the university before applying or paying anything. Universities DB is an independent directory: unless a listing says "Verified by the university", the university has not reviewed it, and we are not an agent of any university.

The enquiry form lets you contact a university's admissions team through us. We pass your enquiry on as described in our privacy policy, but we can't guarantee that a university will reply, how quickly it replies, or the outcome of any application. Don't use the form to send spam, advertising, abusive content or anyone else's details without their permission.
Only authorised representatives of a university may claim or edit its listing. By claiming a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the university and that the information you add is accurate and not misleading. We may review, edit or reject changes, ask for proof of authorisation, and remove access or listings that break these terms.
You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish the text, logos and images you add to your listing on this site and in our sitemaps, feeds and social posts that promote the listing. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them.
Universities can upgrade a listing to a paid plan (Premium or Featured) for extra visibility and features. Prices, inclusions and billing periods are shown on the upgrade options page, and the upgrade terms you accept when ordering also apply. Fees help pay for running and developing the site. Paid plans don't buy editorial content, rankings or reviews.
Photos and logos are credited on each page. Most photos come from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons or public-domain licences, and are reused under those licences; logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to identify the university. Our own text, data compilation and design are protected by copyright. You may quote or link to our pages, but please don't copy listings in bulk, scrape the site in a way that affects its performance, or republish our content as your own. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.
Listings link to university websites and other third-party sites. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made using information on the site, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
